A mini facelift generally takes 2 – 3 hours to complete. Most patients will be able to return home for their recovery after being observed and checked after the procedure. Dr. Gordon will give each patient aftercare instructions that will help them heal faster and with less pain. Patients should expect to have temporary side effects like bruising, swelling, redness, and mild discomfort as the body heals, but this should subside within 7 – 10 days after the procedure.
